• Carries fresh products of his area and other distributors and mother dairy outlets.
• Paid freight of carriage of other distributors too.
• Manages advance fresh products payment only of his distribution area.
• Responsible for crate transaction of entire load in truck.
• Tcd’s are in amul, mother dairy, ananda, paras,madhusudan,healthway.

RETAILER
TRANSPORT BY COMPANY (FROM PLANT TO DISPATCH).
• Company owns their own trucks, Mahindra Bolera, TATA Ace,
Force traveller, etc for delivery to Dispatch point or to Super
Stockist Point.
• Owned by Patanjali as Patanjali Parivahan wherein trucks
deliver goods to only Super Stockist further distribution is by
distributor’s vehicle..
• Namaste India manages primary transport by company to
deliver goods to disptach points from where distributors
collect for further distribution.
• Namaste India also has low capacity vehicles at crate depot
for secondary supply or as an
emergency back up.
NAMASTE INDIA MODELS OF DISTRIBUTION :
• SECONDARY DISTRIBUTUION MODEL :
 Namaste Primary Distribution is managed by company owned
trucks.
 3-4 distributors assemble at a nearby vicinity to take goods in
their own TATA Ace and Mahindra Bolero for retail distribution.
 For further retail distribution the distributors are paid freight
other than trade margin.

• Suppliers are appointed to fasten up supplies in areas
where shop to shop distance is high or vehicle mobility is
not feasible.
• Distributors are made to leave some discount to suppliers
form their kitty and company provides them addendum
incentive on sale slab.
• Distributors are made to deliver goods at suppliers points.
• Distributors are responsible for crate management and
advance payment by suppliers.
• All incentives to suppliers are credited to suppliers bank
account by company.

• Model Operated by Healthway and Namaste India wherein the distributor
owns exclusive retail shop of company.
• Has to supply goods to nearby retail outlets also.
• Namaste India does it through own exclusive retails and opens exclusive
retails with others.
• Healthways opens the shop in the name of distributor.
