Introduction

 The restaurant industry is known for particularly low profit margins; This project
focuses on small business cafes, specifically those that serves fast food
 The backbone of experimentation for applying these accounting processes is a local
cafes restaurant, in which the managers are unaware of how food cost and operating
expenses could be combined to provide meaningful cost information.
 The Cafe management system is a system which help cafeteria to manage their
cafeteria daily process such as order & bill.
 This project also gives the interface for the bill printing purpose in instant time.
Introduction

 The software also provides the customers with accurate timing and billing information
in their system such that the customer can be aware about his bill and other details.

 This is a system which is built using HTML,CSS,PHP and Javascripts.
 Cafeteria management especially manages the menu items, gives interface to the
orderings, expenditure report. User to manage the items and inventory.
 It is designed to increase operational efficiency, saving our money and time,
maximizing profit and provide more security. It is designed to avoid paper work.
Literature Review

 Existing System:- In Existing system, there is no Online booking or ordering system.


There is only a billing software. Therefore it is very hard to connect with new
generation. Also in existing system there is lot of manual work. So it is very time
consuming process.
 Proposed System :- To overcome all the problem faced in the existing system, we apply
billing as well as ordering, booking a table and other facilities that are not present in the
existing system. It will keep everything as simple as possible. Also we making
marketing as well selling using this s/w.

Database : SQL SERVER
Tools/IDE : Visual Studio 2019
