Creating a Gmail Account

• Go to the Google Account sign in page.


• Click Create account.
• Enter your name.
• In the "Username" field, enter a username.
• Enter and confirm your password
Creating a Google Drive Folder

• On your computer, go to drive.google.com.


• On the left, click New. Folder.
• Enter a name for the folder.
• Click Create.
Google Form Creation

• Go to forms.google.com
• Click Blank +.
• Edit your form
• Choose where to save form responses
• Send your form to others and collect their
responses
Create and name a Google site
• On a computer, open new Google Sites.
• At the top, under "Start a new site," select a
template.
• At the top left, enter the name of your site
and press Enter.
• Add content to your site.
• At the top right, click Publish.
Add text, headings, or titles to your site

• On a computer, open a site in new Google Sites.


• On the right, click Insert and then Text box.
• In the menu, click the Down arrow Down arrow and then
choose the text, heading, or title style you want.
• Add your text to the box.
• To publish your changes, at the top right, click Publish.
Add a section layout

• You can change how part of a page looks by using a


layout template.
• On your computer, go to a site in new Google Sites.
• On the right, click Insert.
• Under "Layouts," drag the layout you want to your page.
• Add text, images, docs, or videos.
• At the top right, click Publish.
Add a button

• On a computer, open a site in new Google Sites.


• On the right, click Insert and then Button.
• Enter a name. This will appear on the button.
• Paste a URL the button should point to, or choose
a page on your site.
• Click Insert.
Insert & edit images

• On a computer, open a site in new Google Sites.


• On the right, click Insert and then Images.
• Choose where to get your image.
• Choose an image and click Open or Select.
• To publish your changes, at the top right, click
Publish
Insert other elements to your site – Social
Media Link
• On a computer, open a site in new Google Sites.
• At the right, click Insert and then Social links Social links.
• You can add a URL or email address for each social link.
• Optional: you can also add a custom icon image for each social
link.
• Tip: For popular social media websites, Google Sites will
automatically provide icon images.
• Click Insert.
• Click the social link icons to edit them. You can edit the icons'
size, shape, style, color, and alignment.
Preview your site

• Click Preview.
• To see how your site looks on different
devices, choose an option: (Phone, Tablet,
Large screen)
• Click Close "X" to exit the preview screen.
Publish your site:

• Click Publish.
• Add a name to the end of the URL. Certain terms, such as
support and admin, can’t be used. You’ll see a check mark
at the end of the URL if it’s available.
• Under Who can view my site, click Manage.
• In the Share with others window, choose an option:
(draft or published)
• Click Publish. Visit your site's URL to confirm that your
site published correctly.
Share your site.
