following circumstances:
• It involves inflation or the increase of price of basic
commodities and services affecting a large number of people.
• It involves an increase of unemployment or not having a job
to earn ones living.
• It involves poverty caused by underlying factors such as
lack of education, cultural and religious discrimination,
overpopulation, unemployment and corruption.
