・ Before maintenance procedure,perform
“Strong Cleaning”
with CLEANAC3 detergent.

wait for approximately 1 minutes


after turning off the main power switch

Wear rubber gloves

~ STRONG CLEAN ~ ~ DRAIN ALL ~

This procedure is the same as the user maintenance.

Before Disassembling

1. Metal Screw with A Toothed Washer

Intended use: Fixing


the outer panels

* Internal Tooth Type,


for preventing scratch on user’s hands
or any surrounding objects

Intended use: Fixing plastic


parts or oval holes

Spring washer

* Plain washer, for


preventing the Spring Washer from caved
in plastic parts, or from falling in the oval

Fixing each unit

* Black color, to
distinguish the screws for fixing
units, and to avoid removing the
wrong screws in unit replacement

Removing the right side cover
Three screws are removed. The
light cover is pulled forward and
detached it.

(3) Open PV-650V

Before removing PV-645V, please


confirm this sampling nozzle is stored.

Rotate this shaft coupling to


pull up sampling nozzle
until it passes this nozzle
guide.

(3) Open PV-650V

Remove two screws


on the other side of the side panel.
Pull the front panel forward,
and rotate left.
Hang the front panel on
the hook (two places)
and fix it.

Removing the top cover
Remove Four screws.
Pull the front cover to the
side in the back, and
detaches it.

[NOTE] After all the screws that stop a


top cover are removed, the front panel
comes off, too.

adjusting. MS-640V/650V

Select “UNIT MAINTE”.

Select “MS-640V”.

If this case is OPEN


Rinse, select
“INITIALIZE”.

If this case is Cap


Rinse, select
“PIERCE   POS”.

Pull the unit out forward and detach.

After the installation, it is necessary to


adjust the position of MS-645V as well
as MS-640V.

• UT-7268 maintains setting values and the


calibration factors. Please do the following
processes after it exchanges it.
– Install software in the latest one.
– set the date/time.
– set settings again.
– Check the background.
– Calibrate the instrument.

• When UT-7198 is exchanged, it is necessary to input the
manometer volume coefficient. Input the value on
[Inptut Unit Cal] screen.
• When MC-640V is exchanged, it is not necessary
because it is input at the factory.

If the manometer volume coefficient is not input, the measurement result is all
0 or it becomes blank except HGB. Even the measurement is normally
completed, and the histogram is obtained. 55

• When UT-7200 is exchanged, it is necessary to input the dilution
correction coefficient. Input the value on [Inptut Unit Cal]
screen.
• When MD-640V is exchanged, it is not necessary because it is
input at the factory.

If the correction coefficient is not input, the measurement result is all


0 or it becomes blank. Even the measurement is normally completed,
and the histogram is obtained.
