Hiring process analytics is the systematic examination and evaluation of
data related to the recruitment and selection of candidates. It involves
analyzing key metrics such as number of males and females, salary
offered, department name, post-tier and status of the application. Many
such related information is included in the hiring process analytics
project.
Approach : hiring process analytics
Before, working with this project, I had to learn the basics of the
Statistics and Excel.
After having the understanding, I had downloaded the Excel
file(Hiring_Process_Analytics) into my personal computer.
Then I reviewed the columns to deal with.
Using the Excel formulas to find the answers.
Then making this report to submit it to the top tier.

INFERENCES:

Number of female employees :1856
Male to female ratio is : 1.38
2. Out of 7168 applications
• 4697 got hired.
• 2471 got rejected.
3. About 23 crore 37 lakh salaries are given across all the departments to the employee who are
hired.
LEARNINGS
• Learnt about the basics of statistics, charts and how to use them.
• Learnt about dealing with a significant amount of data .
• Learnt to make tables and pivot table and using them in our advantage.
