Introduction
 Our Project aims to build a website on ‘Hotel Management System’
 Which can give a commercial view visually of Hotel.
 It can give easy way for the Hotel customers for their Room booking.
 So, basically we are creating the website for Hotel Room reservation.
 This project developed by using JavaScript , CSS , PHP ,Bootstrap, HTML and JQuery.
 This is commercial web site for both user’s ease.
Literature Survey
 In the existing system, only provides the information about particular hotel and only some
of the hotels has possibility to reserve the rooms. The previous system was failure to
publish the room’s availability of multiple hotels. And, it is failure to provide defense to
admin and user information.
 Should be able to reserve the available rooms according to their need in advance. To make
their stay comfortable. The Admin hands the booking information of customers. The users
can register and log into the system. The administrator will know the details of reservation
and daily income.
Objective
 The main Objective of project of hotel Management system is to provide a customer better
and easy way to book rooms .
 Our website helps the owner of hotel maintain all record of the room booking , payment
details , Users and room status.
 The system lets the user Know which all rooms are available for occupancy at any point of
time. This makes the Booking considerably faster. And thus helps the hotel in better
management and reduce a lot of paper work as well as manpower.
Problem Statement
 The mission is to facilitate easy management and administration of a hotel with
capabilities to do Booking or reservations of the rooms, Cancellation of the rooms, Cash
billing, Room service, Restaurant service, Restaurant Billing, Total Billing using the
automated hotel management software

Future scope
 The Hotel management is one of the highly job oriented field; it covers a wide
range of services including Room reservation accommodation and catering.
The major job fields in the hospitality sector include Hotels, resorts, fast food
chains, restaurants, etc.

 In hotel management one can achieve a long term career in life . It is very
demanding profession in abroad. Through this course, you can join government
and non-government sectors.
Conclusion
 The conclusion of this project is A Hotel management system is a computerized
management system. This system keeps the records of hardware assets besides software of
this organization. The proposed system will keep a track of Workers, Residents , Accounts
and generation of reporter grading the present status.
 This project has GUI based software that will help in storing, updating and retrieving the
information through various user-friendly menu-driven modules
