● SENSORIMOTOR (0-2 yrs) - infants explore the world
using senses, MUST DEVELOP object permanence and separation anxiety occurs ● PREOPERATIONAL (3-6) - child uses symbols, represent objects but does not think logically, pretentious and they are egocentric COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT
● CONCRETE OPERATIONAL (7-12 yrs) - child
thinks logically about objects, add & subtract, and understands conservation ● FORMAL OPERATIONAL (12 to adult) - adolescent can reason out abstractly and think in hypothetical terms MORAL DEVELOPMENT MORAL DEVELOPMENT
