Cateter directed thrombolysis (CDT) dapat mencegah PCT
 Filter vena cava
Digunakan pada pasien dengan DVT proksimal dengan kontraindikasi absolut antikoagulan
Komplikasi : thrombosis filter
 Kompresi
Tujuan : control gejala dan pencegah PTS
Efikasi baik pada apsien dengan terapi kompresi + mobilisasi dini + olahraga berjalan kaki
