• Observation Details:
On AD 132 Mandar Field Well kill operation was completed and Well was under
observation for 2 hour to observe the well pressure and DS instructed to do the annulus Insert
pressure test during the well observation and it was not in the work order/program Picture if any
provided by client.
• Immediate Action:
I applied SWA and I discussed with DS about once the well observation will be
completed and well pressure is stable then we can apply the pressure into the annulus, Insert
at one time we can do the one job. He agreed and we carried out annulus pressure test
as per plan. Picture if any
