• TRADITIONAL METHODS OF JOB SEARCHING ARE BECOMING LESS EFFECTIVE, AND
EXISTING ONLINE JOB BOARDS OFTEN LACK KEY FEATURES
• JOB SEEKERS STRUGGLE TO FIND OPPORTUNITIES THAT MATCH THEIR SKILLS AND
EXPERIENCE, AND EMPLOYERS FACE CHALLENGES IN FINDING THE RIGHT CANDIDATES
• THEREFORE, THERE IS A NEED FOR AN ONLINE JOB SEARCHING SYSTEM THAT ADDRESSES
THESE CHALLENGES AND PROVIDES A MORE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE WAY FOR JOB
SEEKERS TO FIND THE RIGHT JOB AND FOR EMPLOYERS TO CONNECT WITH POTENTIAL
CANDIDATES.
