Free Radicals  Are stable once they


steal electrons.

Cell  Are damaged severely.


Antioxidants are the hero of the story.
They come to solve the problem and
sneak up and linked to the single electron
and give one to the free radicals. Thus, the
free radicals stable and stop attacking and
destroying the cells of the body.
It means that the free radical is an
unstable molecule due to damage to
the cells of the body. Antioxidants
are associated with free radicals to
make them more stable and prevent
the damage they cause to the cells of
the body .
