Purpose

​The purpose of this presentation is to provide a template for customer workshops with a focus of
transforming their data and analytics landscape.
​Thesematerials were developed and are being used by the SAP Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence.
These workshops consist of four parts (preparation, discovery, pilot, and recommendation). The pilot phase
leverages the “free tier” option of the SAP Cloud Platform Enterprise Agreement (CPEA).
​SAP partners are welcome to leverage these slides to create or improve their own workshop formats.

How to use the Free Tier option
Pre-requisites to Use SAP Datasphere for Subscription/CPEA/BTPEA/PAYG

​Customers need to have:


• A BTP global account (refer to the onboarding
process slide)

• Subscription orders will entitle SAP Datasphere in


the customers global account
• Customers provision the tenant as any other BTP
service

• A Cloud Foundry subaccount where SAP Datasphere


is entitled (
Configure Entitlements and Quotas for Subaccounts)
