Rules in shot-put events
The throw is carried out in a 2.13m diameter circle.
The throwers are in and out of the back of the circle.
The shot-put must be horizontal in the 40° sector.
When the participant begins to stand in a circle to start the throw, the shot-put must
touch or close to the neck or cheek and the hand must not be lowered from the level
stated when throwing.
1. Shot-put should not be carried behind the shoulder line.

Throws are cancelled when:
The thrower is counted null when touching the outer area of the circle or stepping
after the bullet is fired.
Throwing outside the circle.
The thrower came out of the front of the circle after the bullet landed.
1. During throwing, the bullet is held away from where it should be.

Rules in the Discus Throw event
1. The throw has to be made inside the circle. The only area of the circular iron ring
that may be touched is the inside.
2. The time to execute the throw is one minute after entering the circle.
3. A throw is considered valid when:
The entire disc falls between the two edge lines of the inner sector.
The feet do not come out or touch the ground outside the circle during the follow
phase.

4. Finish the throw by exiting the white-lined semi-circle at the rear.
5. Gloves are not permitted. To aid grasp the disc, apply chalk powder to the hands.
6. Throwing attempts are done two times. Only the farthest throw is taken into account
to determine the winner.

Throws are cancelled when:
1. Get outside the circle before the disc lands.
2. Any body part that contacts the ground outside the circle or on its iron
side is considered to be in contact.
3. The disc falls outside the sector area.
4. Exit the circle throw through the section front or side.

Group Determination and Match System
1. The game will be played on a 'Best of 3' basis.
2. The red ribbon will be tied at a distance of 4 meters to indicate the middle of the
rope.
3. The determination of the position of the court for each team will be determined
through the toss of coins by the referee.
4. If the 'marker' ribbon string passes the marker of a predetermined line, then the team
is counted victorious.

Misconduct of 'Infringements' That Canceled the Game
1. 'Sitting' – Sitting on the ground intentionally in a row or taking too long or failing to
return to a pulling position after slipping.
2. 'Leaning' - Any part of the body (other than the soles of the feet) touch the ground or
other players.
3. 'Locking' - A gripping action that can prevent the rope from moving.
4. 'Proping' - Holds or positions the rope that does not pass between the body and the
upper hand.
5. 'Position' - The condition of sitting on his own leg or calf, or the player's knee/thigh
behind him or his own leg does not pass through the knee area.

6. 'Climbing the Rops' - Holding the rope by bringing the hands one by one forward in
turns while the legs move.
7. 'Rowing' - Pulling a rope sitting on the ground then bringing the legs back and done
in a row.
8. 'Anchorman position' - The rope must pass under the arm, raised upwards shoulders
and through the hands. The end of the rope is released freely to the outside. Both
hands are like any other player.

9. Unleashing the Rope - Any team that fights deliberately release the rope that can
result in injury to the team his opponent then the referee has the right to decide to
give the victory on such attraction against the opposing team.
10. 'Inactivity' - Neither team seeks to pull straight away until the rope situation doesn't
move for a long time. In this situation, if deemed necessary, the referee may stop the
attraction at any time appropriate to the No Pull or 'No Pull' decision and the
retraction will be carried out.

Long Jump
Rules in the Long Jump event
The participant's turn to make the jump must be determined by the draw made before
the competition starts.
1. The participant's jump will be calculated by taking the best jump which is the
farthest distance.
2. Each participant was given one minute to perform the jump.
3. Any draw result, referred to with the second best jump. If it's still the same, refer to
the third best jump.

Rules in the Long Jump event
Participants were allowed to make jumps from the area behind the soaring board.
5. Participants are not allowed to use long jump lanes to make attempts or exercises
during the competition.
6. The measure of the jump distance should be made at the point of contact or landing
closest to the line or jumping board, regardless of whether the point was obtained by
landing the foot or any limb.

The sand surface in the landing area should be level with the surface of the soaring
board to ensure that each jump is measured correctly and accurately.
8. The run should be done by the participant in the provided running lane.
9. The jump must be made after the cue has been given by the match official.

Jumps are cancelled when:
1. The participant's feet touched the ground beyond the surging board
provided with any part of his body before the jump was performed.
2. The participant's feet step on or touch the area outside the board when
surging when making the jump.
3. Rewind through the landing area after making the jump.
4. Using jumping techniques that are prohibited by law.
