HPL- STEAM

utilization of Power also has been
displayed.
• Plant wise power utilization
breakup also visible on real time
basis.
Impact:

• From a business perspective, users can quickly see the real-time data on Steam and Power
generation both per boiler and in total Steam and Power generation.
• users can also see the real-time data on Steam and Power Consumption by CPP and the breakup.
• users can also see the real-time data on how much Steam and Power is exporting from CPP and the
consumption by Plants.
• There has been inclusion of PRDS valves also, for distinguishing what percentage of valve is
opening in Steam Section.
• There has been inclusion of IOP1,2,3 for the total CPP Power Export.
• As every plant is related to each other, with these users can himself / herself see the utilization and
if any malfunction of instruments there or not.
• As it is automated section, data is coming directly from IP.21, so all are real time base. These also
helps for observation to Senior Management for real time data checking.
Automate CPP Print sheet

• Incorporation of parameters
made available online and
mapping in Specific
Consumption Sheet of CPP
Print sheet.
• The users of CPP can
download CPP Print sheet
from their specific Plant report
sections.
Impact:

• From a business perspective, CPP users can download their reports online.
• After download this report can be used for analysis and after analysis can be sent to
Senior Management.
• Excel Reporting is a lot of manual intervention is there, It may possibility on
calculation changes or modification in Excel for data without any information to
senior management. But same can not be possible in case of Online reporting, for any
live changes/modification needs approval from TL/HOD of respective plant.
• Users can analysis by checking data if any tags malfunction is present or not.
Other Changes:

• Inclusion of H2 dumping from NCU, Slop oil


generation and C5 Pentane Sales in Complex
Material Balance Report. So that get the more
realistic hydrocarbon loss.

• Digitization of Plant reporting live status in


OCG Dashboard section. So that OCG can
know about every plant submit their report
daily in OLPIS or not.
