Introduction

The Supplier Relationship Management System (SRMS) was

developed to meet the needs of Shree Infra Builders Pvt Ltd. It is
designed to help identify suppliers and offer prices to help the
organization select appropriate suppliers. The system helps
organizations make an informed decision about suppliers and prices
of the items.

3
Problem
• The organization now faces inefficiencies in supplier identification and
price comparison. Therefore, the organization wants an automated
system to select the supplier and keep records of the suppliers who
supply items.

4
Objectives
The specific objectives are as follows:
 To develop a Supplier Relationship Management System
 To show the available suppliers who supply products for the
organization.
 To make the existing manual system to computerized system so
that the working procedure becomes faster.

5
Literature Review

• This paper aims to suggest a methodology leading to effective

supplier management processes utilizing information obtained
from the supplier selection processes (Eon-Kyung Lee, 2001).
• The area of further study concerns the application of the SMART
card in regard to the supplier’s receiving payment, the purchasers
paying through credit and the overall effect on the B2B market.
(Soonduck Yoo, 2010).
6
Literature Review
• Designing for Modularity – a modular approach to physical user
interfaces. (Pressman, 2014)

• Our main methodological contributions are unlocking the value and

potentials of end-toend supply chain visibility for resilience
management in the face of pandemic disruptions and proposing an
associated design and implementation framework containing
multiple dimensions-management, organizational, and
technological. (Ivanov, Digital Supply Chain Management and
Technology to Enhance Resilience by Building and Using End-to-End
Visibility During the COVID-19 Pandemic, 2021)

Testing Methodology
• Unit Testing
Every unit of the system is tested such as ensuring admin, supplier,
and storekeeper performing their basic functionalities.

• System testing
The entire system is tested after all the units are integrated which
includes testing like data integrity, end-to-functionalities, and
permission.

20
Testing Methodology
• User Acceptance Testing
User Acceptance Testing includes testing from the user’s perspective
like whether the system has met its objectives and user expectation or
not.

21
Conclusion
• After the system has been built, the organization can see the available
suppliers who supply items for the organization. The existing manual
system has been computerized in more than 80% of the area of work.
