Step 1.:- Define your goal :-
Set clear goals (what you want to achieve) in following
areas-
a. Health
b. Wealth

Set clear GOALS for each of the fields

Step 2.:- Gather materials:-
- Collect images, quotes and symbols in alignment with your goals
Note- you can find them online or you can draw them
Step 3:- Choose right Board
- Choose a board large enough to accommodate your visuals
3. Important note points:-
Visualization 1. Choose visuals that evoke positive emotions (avoid negative visuals or
quotations)
Technique 2. Choose visuals that are attractive
3. Arrange visuals in your board in such a way that can relate with your goal
4. Give personal touch to your vision board by adding some handwritten
quotes and drawings
5. Keep your vision board at a place where you can often see it
6. Every day, see your vision board, reflect on your progress
7. Share your vision bord with someone who you close with, and is inspiring
for you

5. Am I really thankful to anyone?

him?
