PROJECT PROFILE: This 2-storey residential project in Ratta Khera was designed to provide a modern,
comfortable living space while blending seamlessly with the surrounding environment.

PROJECT STATUS: ONGOING

TASKS UNDERTAKEN:

• conceptual floor plans (ground floor and first floor).

CLIENT: ANEESH SINGH

LOCATION: Rohtak

PLOT AREA: 4653 SQ FT

PROJECT PROFILE: This is a 2-storey residential project in Rohtak. The design maximizes the nearly
square plot by creating a compact yet spacious layout, with well-proportioned rooms and functional
outdoor areas. The square shape allows for a symmetrical arrangement of spaces, optimizing views and
natural light.
