 Qualifications & Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

❑ A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the financial sector.
❑ Professional certification in HR is an added advantage.
❑ In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
❑ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
❑ Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for implementing HR policies, managing
employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and staff development to enhance
productivity and compliance with labor laws.
