BOARDROOM SYSTEM
DESCRIPTION-1
• 98” wall mounted 4k LED Interactive display
• 17.3” Motorized Retractable Monitor. This monitor will mirror the content display on the 98”
Display
• Table top cable cubby is provided for connection guest Laptop with HDMI and USB-C connections
to display their laptop on large screen. The cable cubby also has power points.
• Video conferencing system is provided equipped with high-definition cameras that provide clear
and sharp video, capturing all participants and presenters in the Boardroom.
• PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras for flexible coverage. The guest can connect BOYD to the cable
cubby to interface with TEAMS, Zoom, Google meet are any other VC platform and conduct VC
session.
• This room is equipped with wireless presentation system.
• Speakers system is provided with in this room for speech and sound reinforcement.
• The audio system's sound is processed by a digital sound processor for sound equalization, Time
Alignment, crossover management, Noise reduction, e.t.c.
• The Video matrix switcher is provided to switch different video sources like BOYD, VC and wireless
presentation on the screen. The Matrix support 4K @ 60Hz
• To provide seamless operation of this meeting room, control system with 7” touch panel controller
