1.INTRODUCTION AND
BACKGROUND
• Manufacture of electronic products based in Bangalore,India.
The company through an integrated product creation platform,engages in the
production of mobile products,telecommunications and computing devices,
thereby supporting the clients in the seamless development of products from
conception to completion
PCBA(printed circuit board assembly):
A printed circuit board assembly
(PCBA) describes the finished board after all
the components have been soldered and
installed on a printed circuit board (PCB). The
conductive pathways engraved in the
laminated copper sheets of PCBs are used
within a non-conductive substrate in order to
form the assembly.
Antennas:
An antenna is a specialized transducer
that converts electric current into
electromagnetic (EM) waves or vice
versa. Antennas are used to transmit
and receive nonionizing EM fields, which
include radio waves, microwaves,
infrared radiation (IR) and visible light.
THE SEVERAL ANTENNAS ARE:
• Fixing of Antennas to the PCBA(printed circuit board assembly)
• Fixing of 2G2 Antenna to the PCBA (printed circuit board assembly)
• Fixing of 2G3 Antenna to the PCBA (printed circuit board assembly
• Fixing of 2G1 Antenna to the PCBA (printed circuit board assembly)
• Fixing of 5G1 Antenna to the PCBA (printed circuit board assembly)
• Fixing of 5G2 Antenna to the PCBA (printed circuit board assembly)
• Fixing of 5G3 Antenna to the PCBA (printed circuit board assembly)
• Fixing of 5G4 Antenna to the PCBA (printed circuit board assembly)
THE ANTENNAS:

buckling is a type of deformation that
occurs when a compressive load
exceeds the critical load of the
element, causing it to buckle or bend
laterally.
Routing:
.The antenna are fixed to the PCBA
(printed circuit board assembly)
.Buckling is the act of bending or becoming bent,
usually due to the force,heat,or weakness.
Here the some trips for routing the antenna in
PCBA:
.The best place for a antenna is usually in a corner
of the PCB because it allows the antenna to radiate
in six directions .For multiple antennas,place them in
separate directions
Resetting the JioFi router
is a really easy task and
once you do so, you will
regain access to the
Admin Panel and also if
you have made any
faulty changes to the
settings then they all will
be reverted back to the
defaults.
The cables are used :
• Power cables are used to transmit electrical energy from a power source
to devices, machines, and systems.
• A LAN cable, also known as an Ethernet cable, is used to connect devices
to a local area network (LAN).
• USB drives are commonly used for storage, data backup, and transferring
files between devices. USB drives come in multiple storage capacities and
different ports, each having a unique shape. Using a USB drive can differ
depending on the type of computer that you want to connect to.
Autonomic Function Test (AFT):
• This Testing is used for the antennas
• It is also used for testing for board genarator RSN correct or not.
• This PCBA checking to correct RSN and MACID
• This Testing is specially used for any incoming component damage
and scratch.
• It is also called Board data receiving capability testing.
• It also test LAN and WAN cables working or not.
• If any antenna improper buckling, pasting, component less
solder,Heavy solder testing.
FLASH WARE(FW):
• In this Testing PCBA software updating the new version.
• They are trigger to the OQC(out quality control).
• This Testing is used for the Board functinal testing is correct or
not,and all testings or completed or not
• Any incoming issue was found in the FW.
Packing:
• In this stage we check the dents and damages or any scratches on
the device
. Pasting footrubber at the bottom of the frame
.Pasting the jio screw labels
. Pasting the decotrim frame to the device
• Checking the RSN number valid or not by computerised method
• If RSN valid we have paste the QR code on the device
• Checking the GB box Weightage in the computer
• Closing
