Introduction
Microsoft loop is an application that brings together
teams, content and tasks across your tools.
• It providing a centralized platform for managing
agendas, notes, tasks, and files.

Create Workspace and Manage Pages
1.) Open Microsoft edge and go to app launcher and 2.) Click ‘+’ icon at the top-right
select Microsoft loop corner.

Workspace Details
When you click on page name, it also displays
the name of the workspace to which it belongs.
When you click on "Workspace Members," a
dialogue box appears showing the total number
of members who are part of that project.
It also provides an option to copy the link
address of the workspace.
Text Editing options
• Microsoft Loop doesn’t come
with a standard toolbar like
OneNote or Word. It’s hidden in
the ‘/’ command. You can type ‘/’
and add headings, tables,
checklists, bullet lists, etc.
• If you want more options, select
the text or paragraph and right-
click on it. You can add bold, italic,
underline effects and change the
text and background color

from scratch in Microsoft Loop.
• You can explore some ready-to-use
templates to get a quickly.
• Select templates that are most relevant
to your project's content.

To revert changes or restore an old
page, click the three-dot menu at
the top and select Version History.
Add Tables and Change Column Type

To change the column type to your preference, expand the
column menu and select from options like text, number, date,
person, voting, or label.
You can also add some ready-to-use databases, such as task
lists, voting tables, or progress trackers.
Integration with Microsoft 365
Microsoft Loop's components are
integrated into various Microsoft
365 applications like Microsoft
Outlook, Microsoft Teams etc.

Open Outlook
Click on new email and
you will see an option of
Loop components.

In the conversation tab
you see a loop icon.
Now choose the Loop
component you want to use.
o Copilot doesn't appear to be a
feature related to Microsoft Loop.
o Copilot is an Ai Presented in
CoPilot Microsoft loop which offer
recommendations based on user
interaction such as suggesting
templates context etc.
How to share
page ?
Step 1: Open any page in Microsoft Loop and click Share.
Step 2: Click Workspace and invite up to 50 members.
Step 3: You can also share a page link and set editing permission.
Note: you can share page by both clicking on page link and loop components , but when we share page by page link then the user have to open
loop application to see or edit the page, but if we use loop component then the whole page is shown by user without opening loop application.
