Other Guidelines
All chapters begin on a new page.
References should be in APA Format.
Each page is to be numbered. Preliminary pages should be in lower case Roman numbers (i.e., i, ii, iii,).
Introduction Chapter onwards (including maps, diagrams, and tables) should be numbered in Arabic numerals (1, 2).
All tables should be titled at the top and serially numbered.
All figures should be titled at the bottom and serially numbered.
Sources, if any, in the case of tables and figures must be cited at the end of the title in parentheses.
Plagiarism
References
In the reference list, the writer should provide the author, year, title, and source of the
cited work in an alphabetical list of references. If a reference is not cited in the text, it
should not be included in the reference list. The reference format varies slightly
depending on the document type (e.g., journal article, edited book chapter, blog post),
but broadly speaking always follows the same pattern of author, date, title, source.
