• It is a process or course of action undertaken by
entrepreneur to successfully run an enterprise.

I. Vision:- To be a successful entrepreneur you need to have a clear
vision of what you want to achieve.it provides a sense of direction,
purpose and motivation. They set long term goals and work diligently
to make their vision a reality.
II. Passion:- a strong passion for your work will keep you motivated so
that no matter how many challenges you face. Manny entrepreneurs
are driven by a deep passion for heir idea and desire to make a
differences in their chosen field or industry.
III. Networking skills:- successful entrepreneur understand the
importance of building relationships with the
customers,parteners,suppliers.they are able to connect with others
and build strong, long lasting relationship that help hem achieve their
goal.
IV. Decision making:- entrepreneur have to take decision on selection of
product, site ,raw material ,labor technology etc. successful
entrepreneur depend on the ability to make decision accurately.
V. Leadership:- they can lead and inspire others to work towards their
shared goals.
