AgentForce is a Salesforce-powered intelligent assistant that allows users to check real-time flight status, delays, and travel
disruptions using natural language. By integrating the AviationStack API with Salesforce, the project enables users to ask
questions like:
• “Is my flight delayed?”
• “When does UA345 land?”
• “Which terminal is Delta 120 departing from?”

The system parses user queries, fetches accurate flight data, and responds with clear, actionable travel information.
Designed for integration with Salesforce digital channels (Experience Cloud, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.), AgentForce enhances
