On the basis of Base Spirit
45 ml Gin 15 ml Dry Vermouth 15 ml Sweet Vermouth 45 ml Orange juice Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with orange slice.
45 ml Gin 15 ml Dubonnet Rouge 1 dash Bitters 1 twist of Lemon peel
Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
45 ml Gin 15 ml Lime cordial 1 Lime slice
Shake with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with lime slice.
60 ml Gin 15 ml lime juice 15 ml sugar syrup Club soda
Shake gin, lime juice, and sugar syrup with ice and strain into a highball glass. Fill with club soda, stir and serve garnished with lime slice. For a Silver Fizz, add an egg white to the shaker, for a Golden Fizz, add a yolk instead.
60 ml Gin 15 ml Dry Vermouth 1 Olive Stir briskly over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into a Martini glass, add the olive and serve.
Other variations: If garnished with a cocktail onion instead of the olive the Martini is known as a Gibson. For a Dirty Martini, add a little brine from the olive jar to the drink For a Filthy Martini, add a crushed olive.

Stir gin and vermouth with ice and strain into a Martini glass. Add the cherry and serve.
Gin And It has 2 parts gin and 1 part sweet Italian vermouth, orange slice.

Shake/ Stir.
Pour into highball glass over ice cubes and top with soda.

Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain contents into a cocktail glass. Grate nutmeg on top and serve.
20 ml Brandy 20 ml Light rum 15 ml Cointreau 15 ml Lime juice
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with lime slice.
45 ml Brandy 1 whole Egg 15 ml sugar syrup 30 ml Light cream 1/8 tsp grated Nutmeg
Shake all ingredients (except for nutmeg) with ice. Strain into a wine glass or old fashioned glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
30 ml brandy 30 ml dark rum 15 ml sugar syrup 1 egg 120 ml hot milk grated nutmeg
Blend all ingredients (except milk) until smooth and pour into a heat-proof goblet. Stir in the hot milk, sprinkle with grated nutmeg and serve.
45 ml scotch 20 ml amaretto
Shake/ Build over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
For a Godmother substitute scotch with vodka.
60 ml Bourbon 10 ml lime juice 15 ml sugar syrup Club soda 1 Maraschino cherry 1 lime slice
Build in a Collins glass with ice.

60 ml bourbon mint leaves Sugar club soda
In a Collins glass muddle fresh mint with sugar. Add cracked ice, then the bourbon, top with soda . Stir gently. Garnish with mint sprigs. Traditionally served on in the US on Kentucky Derby day, the first Saturday in May.

Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and serve garnished with lime rind. For a Frozen Daiquiri blend with ice and serve unstrained. For fruit Daiquiris, blend with required fresh fruit such as kiwifruit, strawberry, etc.
30 ml white rum 30 ml dark rum 15 ml orange Curacao 15 ml Orgeat Syrup 15 ml fresh lime
Build in a highball glass over ice. Stir & garnish with pineapple spear and cherry.
60 ml white rum mint leaves 1 lime cut into 8 wedges Sugar club soda Muddle mint and sugar in an old-fashioned glass, followed by lime wedges
Fill half the glass with cracked ice; add rum and stir, then top with club soda.
45 ml white rum 45 ml Cream of coconut 120 ml Pineapple juice 1 spear of Pineapple 1 Cherry
Blend rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with crushed ice in a blender. Pour into a Collins glass/hurricane glass, decorate with a long spear of pineapple and the cherry, and serve.
30 ml Light rum 30 ml Dark rum 60 ml Pineapple juice 60 ml Orange juice 10 ml fresh lime 10 ml orgeat/sugar syrup
Build in Collins glass over ice, stir well. Garnish with orange or pineapple slice.

Half fill blender with crushed ice. Add the three rums, juices, 15 ml sugar syrup, 15 ml of apricot brandy and blend well.

60 ml Silver Tequila 120 ml Orange juice to fill 10 ml Grenadine 10 ml fresh lime
Build over ice in a Collins glass. Add grenadine. The grenadine should go straight to the bottom and then rise up slowly through the drink. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.

60 ml vodka 1 lime cut into 8 wedges Sugar Muddle the lime wedges and sugar in an old fashioned glass.

Blend vodka, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with crushed ice in a blender. Pour into a goblet/collins glass with ice cubes, decorate with a long spear of pineapple and the cherry, and serve.
45 ml vodka 15 ml Cointreau 15 ml lime juice 30 ml cranberry juice
Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lime slice or orange zest.

Pour vodka and orange juice into a Collins glass over ice cubes and stir. Float Galliano on top and serve, garnish with orange slice.

15 ml brandy 150 ml Chilled Champagne 1 sugar cube 2 dashes Angostura Bitters 1 twist of Lemon peel Place sugar cube and add bitters into a chilled champagne flute. Add brandy and fill with chilled champagne. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve
150 ml Champagne, 15 ml crme de cassis

20 ml Kahlua 20 ml Baileys Irish Cream 20 ml Cointreau/ Grand Marnier
Pour the liqueurs in the above order over the back of a spoon into a shot glass to create a layered effect. A Mudslide is similar,but with 20 ml each of Kahlua, Baileys and vodka in a shot glass. The Cointreau or vodka may be set alight for a flaming B52.

Build over ice in a Collins glass, top with cola. Garnish with wedge of lime.
