Involved in the design and development of Distance and Flexible Learning courses at the USP which are offered in multiple modes namely print-based, online through Moodle, other multimedia formats; DVDs etc. In addition, I also coordinate professional development activities for staff within my department; Centre for Flexible and Distance Learning (CFDL) and also for faculty located in all the 12 member countries of the USP.
