I am Professor of Wireless Communication Systems at the University of Bristol (United Kingdom). My main roles are the Dean of the Engineering Faculty and Head of the Communication Systems and Networks (CSN) research group.
My wireless expertise includes digital communication design (Bluetooth, GSM, 3G, 4G, WiMAX, LTE, DVB-T) and advanced antennas and propgation models. I am an expert in 802.11 and have extensive experience in cell planning and RF optimisaiton.
Specialties: digital modem design, cellular network planning, wireless video transmission, MIMO-OFDM/A, SC-FDMA, TVWS, mesh networks, massive MIMO, mmWave waveform design and channel modelling.
