I entered the education field in 2006, after graduating with honors from Eastern Michigan University. I began my teaching career with a self-contained classroom in Ypsilanti, MI. After my first year there was over I went to Flint Public Schools, where I taught for one year. Then, in 2008 I began teaching at Caseville Public Schools in Caseville, MI. I spent two years as high school resource room teacher. I then became the districts technology teacher and coordinator. At the beginning of this school year I became the district's curriculum director and technology teacher. I am enjoying my work in educational administration and hope to continue on this path.
