Through creative media I discuss the problem of stress and provide a powerful and life-changing perspective to reduce stress and increase productivity based on unconditional love from above. Presently recording and mixing the full-length album Change My Mind together with nine other professional musicians. The album takes you on a journey from a life of stress to one of peace and joy. My music derives its inspiration often from the Bible because I believe that Jesus' life and teachings are key in experiencing a tranquil and fulfilling life. I paint in watercolour, acrylics, oil and airbrush and did the Soul Steam art show in 2012 that had 44 own works of art about stress in the workplace.
