I supervise sixteen staff members: nine leadership consultants, five service-learning advocates, a graduate assistant, and a graduate intern. As the coordinator for the Leadership and Volunteer Center, I seek to engage our student population of over 20,000 in civic engagement and leadership development experiences while learning leadership theory. Our center engages students in meaningful service and leadership opportunities that create skills which employers desire and fosters character development.
