Hayley Stanton is a coach, INFP, HSP and founder of QuietConnections.co.uk based in Cornwall, UK. You'll often find her practising yoga; in her wellies on a muddy walk; or getting her blue mind on at the Cornish coast. Her life’s mission is to help young people to feel accepted and confident to live life in a way that's true to their nature.
