It's ALL about cellular health! At 40 I contracted Guillain Barre Syndrome (in lay terms: ascending paralysis). Within a period of 2 weeks I went from running 50 miles/week to not being able to stand for 50 seconds. My doctors feared I would need a wheelchair for the rest of my life.
