In this role, I provide performance improvement consulting services to assist management and staff in the achievement of Recruiting Services business goals. My job asks that I recommend appropriate performance improvement interventions that are systemic, business-driven, and customer and stakeholder-value focused. In addition, I consult with our leadership regarding available organizational and performance improvement interventions to identify effective and sustainable performance solutions.
