• Ensure client activities' continuing compliance with export and import laws and regulations, including, with special emphasis, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR), Anti-Boycott Regulations, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) import regulations;
• Research and identify foreign import and export regulations and Offset Program requirements and strategies;
• Devise and execute licensing plans and associated paperwork, including crafting export-specific terms and conditions and bid assumptions;
• Prepare and coordinate AES filings, Shippers’ Letters of Instruction
