I am a young researcher looking for my first opportunity in the field of biomedical science. My Field of interest is molecular immunology.I am working on organ-specific autoimmune diseases. Summary (Macrophage-derived chemokine (MDC) and thymus- and activation-regulated chemokine (TARC) bind the same G-protein-coupled chemokine receptor CCR4. They have many homeostatic and inflammatory actions mediated through intracellular Ca++ response that can be blocked entirely by interfering with phospholipase C and inhibition of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor.
