With experience in IT service delivery management, business analysis, electrical engineering and Lean Six Sigma, Peter started to develop a ‘fast track’ business analysis model in 2007 during his business engineering study at the university of applied science in Utrecht. His model allowed him to identify opportunities for improvements and innovation more effectively in his role as international business analyst when he joined Elan Outsourcing Services in 2009.
