Ramesh has overall 21 years of progressive experience in managing various facets of Human Resource Management. He is also a Business Management & Leadership trainer conducted several training programs in France, UK, India is currently associated with one of the reputed training institutes in Dubai playing a hybrid role. His deliverables include Business planning & marketing, conceptualising and delivering bespoke training programs. As a trainer, his deliverables include conducting CHRP, CHRM and SPHR training. Prior to his current engagement in Dubai, Ramesh has associated with multi-national companies like Deloitte, Capgemini, E&Y, GTL and Citi group managing HR at Group level.
