I am a keen advocate for turning visions into practice through innovation and research. Following the completion of my MSc in Leadership for Health and Social Care, I am currently enjoying a PhD research scholarship with Coventry University. My research explores the psychological health and well being needs of Health Care Professionals. The principal aim of my research project is to explore the value of online interventions in supporting NHS staff in work-related psychological distress, and develop and test an online intervention intended to improve the management of work-related psychological distress.
