The Sci-Ed Innovators online community website is a major initiative of the Jhumki Basu Foundation. It is being built as an ongoing action to fulfill Prof. Jhumki Basu’s vision of a world:
* where everyone is scientifically literate
* where underserved youth have access to a high-quality science education
* where science is fun and deeply engaging
* where science offers students an opportunity to transform their lives, the lives of their communities, and their world.
Presently, the Sci-Ed Innovators community is open only to the Sci-Ed Fellows, a select group of educators that share a passion for transforming science education in underserved, New York City schools.
