 Directly report to Senior Vice President, managed JioCloud Business.  Performed multifaceted role as Sr. Manager – DevOps overseeing the implementation of Public & Private Cloud. Managed group of 5 direct-reporties, tasked with ensuring systems continuity & optimal uptime of Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS & SaaS). Key achievements:  Authored Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for “Change Management”, “Incident & Problem management” for JioCloud LOB in addition to “Best Practice” for Cloud Operation & Application Support.  Successfully setup the infrastructure and configuration of JioDrive, a cloud application proprietary product of M/s. Synchronous budgeting $2B.
