I am passionate about life-long learning and developing ways to motivate and encourage others through my work with faculty. As an instructional designer, I work closely with faculty to support their goals in their classroom and partner with them to help shape meaningful learning experiences for their students. My work has become more focused on developing learner-centered experiences. My interests include metacognition and student motivation and learner analytics.
