Dr. Curtis Tsang has extensive experience in object-oriented software engineering as an educator, researcher and a practitioner. He has participated in major consultancy and R&D projects in the IT field. He received his doctorate in Computer Science from Sunderland University, UK. Currently, Curtis is the Founder of Visual Paradigm International and he was the Head of Department of ICT and MIT at the Institute of Vocational Education, where he founded the Object-Oriented Technology Centre in 2000-2008
