Dealt with many new drilling rigs, jackup & semi-submersibles in turnkey design and build and seen many new builds delivered for the last few years in KeppelFELS. Also many lesson learned in terms of systems, technical, functionality, rules and classification societies ( ABS,DNV,etc) comments and dealing with difficult clients, in terms of contractual and new requirements during the design approval phase.
