I am... - a change agent who observes policies/procedures and asks, "How might they be improved for efficiency and effectiveness to better serve students?" I was to be a part of team that is moving from "good" to "great." - in search of a position in higher education where I can make a contribution and find professional fulfillment. My strengths lie in the areas of registrar and distance education. - interested in the opportunity to add my voice to the registrar's work and/or the distance education enterprise.
