“Work is worship”, keeping this phrase in my mind, I personally believe on hard work with sincerity, and comparatively, less trust worthy on smart work. The real reason for my exponential performance is to keep challenging myself and always compare me with myself. I do believe, never wait for the opportunity, cast yourself in such a way that you can fit to work with any kind of situations and conditions. Still I feel, I am still a learning as knowledge has no limit. “Don’t wait for appraisal, just do your stuff, success will touch your feet.”….
