I work extensively with clients on M&A transactions (both sell-side and buy-side) and other valuation-related engagements. I began my career in banking with AmSouth (now Regions) in 1985 and have focused on financial services ever since. I spent over a decade as a sell-side analyst covering banks and specialty finance companies. My background gives me significant insight into both public and private markets.
