Millie Herrera is an inspirational business leader who founded and leads The Miami Group, a boutique business and strategic marketing consulting firm that focuses on helping companies grow to their next level of excellence and increase profitability by identifying and leveraging their best human capital, market strengths, and innovative technologies. Millie took a hiatus in leading The Miami Group from February 2012 to July 2013, when she served as a presidential appointee at the U.S. Department of Labor as the Southeast Regional Representative for Secretary of Labor Hilda L. Solis. Responsible for amplifying key programs and initiatives of the department and President Obama’s administrat.
