Led by Fran O’Hara, Scarlet Design is a strategic design, training and visual facilitation company based in Cardiff. Fran brings expertise gained from 4 years at Disney in Hong Kong/LA and 16+ years working with multi-sector clients. These range from Disney, Shell and Vodaphone, to Welsh Government, NHS Wales, 1000 Lives Improvement, LA, WAO and SW Fire & Rescue Service. We work with clients to identify their stories and co-create the most effective, accessible communication tools to engage with their audience, both on and off-line. This could be a strategic vision map, a toolkit, a hand-drawn video or ‘visual minutes’. Fran is also director of ‘Working With Not To’ Coproduction
