016-3 Construction: The Hub Hardscape
Parking Interface with HubDriveway consisting of concrete, asphalt or gravel is best harmonized with the hub materials. Stone edging or banding on drive likewise in harmony/color way. Exiting a garage takes 35’ minimum for a normal car without complicated 3 point turns…a car takes 20’ to simply get out of a garage, the turn to back up is a 17’ RadiusA typical parking space is 9’ wide and 18’ long.Remember that SUVs are much larger than a regular automobile and have a larger turning radius.
